$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install dogtag-pki 

dogtag-pki is installed in your system.

Make ensure the dogtag-pki package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dogtag-pki *

You will get with dogtag-pki package name, version, architecture and description in a table

dogtag-pki package basic information:
