docbook-utils software package provides Convert DocBook files to other formats (HTML, RTF, PS, man, PDF), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install docbook-utils
docbook-utils is installed in your system.
Make ensure the docbook-utils package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep docbook-utils *
You will get with docbook-utils package name, version, architecture and description in a table
