How to Install dkms software package in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus)

dkms software package provides Dynamic Kernel Module Support Framework, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install dkms

dkms is installed in your system.

Make ensure the dkms package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dkms *

You will get with dkms package name, version, architecture and description in a table
