debget software package provides download/compile source and binary Debian packages, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install debget
debget is installed in your system.
Make ensure the debget package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep debget *
You will get with debget package name, version, architecture and description in a table
