crystalcursors software package provides X11 mouse theme with the crystal look&feel, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install crystalcursors
crystalcursors is installed in your system.
Make ensure the crystalcursors package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep crystalcursors *
You will get with crystalcursors package name, version, architecture and description in a table
