corosync-notifyd software package provides cluster engine notification daemon, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install corosync-notifyd
corosync-notifyd is installed in your system.
Make ensure the corosync-notifyd package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep corosync-notifyd *
You will get with corosync-notifyd package name, version, architecture and description in a table
