clasp software package provides conflict-driven nogood learning answer set solver, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install clasp
clasp is installed in your system.
Make ensure the clasp package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep clasp *
You will get with clasp package name, version, architecture and description in a table
