$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install cl-sql-odbc 

cl-sql-odbc is installed in your system.

Make ensure the cl-sql-odbc package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cl-sql-odbc *

You will get with cl-sql-odbc package name, version, architecture and description in a table
