btcheck software package provides downloaded data checker and a torrent file content viewer, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install btcheck
btcheck is installed in your system.
Make ensure the btcheck package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep btcheck *
You will get with btcheck package name, version, architecture and description in a table
