aspell-uk software package provides Ukrainian dictionary for GNU Aspell, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install aspell-uk
aspell-uk is installed in your system.
Make ensure the aspell-uk package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep aspell-uk *
You will get with aspell-uk package name, version, architecture and description in a table
