rubberband-ladspa software package provides LADSPA plugin for audio pitch-shifting, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install rubberband-ladspa
rubberband-ladspa is installed in your system.
Make ensure the rubberband-ladspa package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep rubberband-ladspa *
You will get with rubberband-ladspa package name, version, architecture and description in a table
