rt4-extension-authenexternalau software package provides External authentication module for request tracker 4, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install rt4-extension-authenexternalau
rt4-extension-authenexternalau is installed in your system.
