rrdtool-tcl software package provides time-series data storage and display system (Tcl interface), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install rrdtool-tcl
rrdtool-tcl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the rrdtool-tcl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep rrdtool-tcl *
You will get with rrdtool-tcl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
