robot-player software package provides Networked server for robots and sensors, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install robot-player
robot-player is installed in your system.
Make ensure the robot-player package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep robot-player *
You will get with robot-player package name, version, architecture and description in a table
