request-tracker4 software package provides extensible trouble-ticket tracking system, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install request-tracker4
request-tracker4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the request-tracker4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep request-tracker4 *
You will get with request-tracker4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
