reprof software package provides protein secondary structure and accessibility predictor, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install reprof
reprof is installed in your system.
Make ensure the reprof package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep reprof *
You will get with reprof package name, version, architecture and description in a table
