redboot-imx51-babbage software package provides Bootloader for Freescale iMX51 boards, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install redboot-imx51-babbage
redboot-imx51-babbage is installed in your system.
Make ensure the redboot-imx51-babbage package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep redboot-imx51-babbage *
You will get with redboot-imx51-babbage package name, version, architecture and description in a table
