rcs-blame software package provides display the last modification for each line in an RCS file, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install rcs-blame
rcs-blame is installed in your system.
Make ensure the rcs-blame package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep rcs-blame *
You will get with rcs-blame package name, version, architecture and description in a table
