How to uninstall or remove rastertosag-gdi software package from Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

You can uninstall or removes an installed rastertosag-gdi package itself from Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove rastertosag-gdi 

Uninstall rastertosag-gdi including dependent package

If you would like to remove rastertosag-gdi and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove rastertosag-gdi 
Use Purging rastertosag-gdi

If you use with purge options to rastertosag-gdi package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge rastertosag-gdi 

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove rastertosag-gdi
