r-cran-coda software package provides Output analysis and diagnostics for MCMC simulations in R, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install r-cran-coda
r-cran-coda is installed in your system.
Make ensure the r-cran-coda package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep r-cran-coda *
You will get with r-cran-coda package name, version, architecture and description in a table
