$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install quelcom 

quelcom is installed in your system.

Make ensure the quelcom package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep quelcom *

You will get with quelcom package name, version, architecture and description in a table

quelcom package basic information:
