qttranslations5-l10n software package provides translations for Qt 5, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install qttranslations5-l10n
qttranslations5-l10n is installed in your system.
Make ensure the qttranslations5-l10n package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep qttranslations5-l10n *
You will get with qttranslations5-l10n package name, version, architecture and description in a table
