qtkeychain-dev software package provides Qt API to store passwords and other secret data securely, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install qtkeychain-dev
qtkeychain-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the qtkeychain-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep qtkeychain-dev *
You will get with qtkeychain-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
