qtdeclarative5-settings-plugin software package provides Qt 5 settings QML plugin, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install qtdeclarative5-settings-plugin
qtdeclarative5-settings-plugin is installed in your system.
Make ensure the qtdeclarative5-settings-plugin package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep qtdeclarative5-settings-plugin*
