qmmp software package provides feature-rich audio player with support of many formats, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install qmmp
qmmp is installed in your system.
Make ensure the qmmp package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep qmmp *
You will get with qmmp package name, version, architecture and description in a table
