qmf-dev software package provides Qt Messaging Framework (QMF) - development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install qmf-dev
qmf-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the qmf-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep qmf-dev *
You will get with qmf-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
