qmail-run software package provides sets up qmail as mail-transfer-agent, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install qmail-run
qmail-run is installed in your system.
Make ensure the qmail-run package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep qmail-run *
You will get with qmail-run package name, version, architecture and description in a table
