qliss3d software package provides demonstration tool for Lissajous figures, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install qliss3d
qliss3d is installed in your system.
Make ensure the qliss3d package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep qliss3d *
You will get with qliss3d package name, version, architecture and description in a table
