pythoncard software package provides wxPython-based GUI construction framework (meta-package), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install pythoncard
pythoncard is installed in your system.
Make ensure the pythoncard package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep pythoncard *
You will get with pythoncard package name, version, architecture and description in a table
