python3-uncertainties software package provides Python3 module for calculations with uncertainties, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python3-uncertainties
python3-uncertainties is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python3-uncertainties package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python3-uncertainties *
You will get with python3-uncertainties package name, version, architecture and description in a table
