python3-tz software package provides Python3 version of the Olson timezone database, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python3-tz
python3-tz is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python3-tz package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python3-tz *
You will get with python3-tz package name, version, architecture and description in a table
