python3-testtools software package provides Extensions to the Python unittest library (Python 3.x), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python3-testtools
python3-testtools is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python3-testtools package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python3-testtools *
You will get with python3-testtools package name, version, architecture and description in a table
