python3-pytools software package provides big bag of things supplementing Python 3 standard library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python3-pytools
python3-pytools is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python3-pytools package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python3-pytools *
You will get with python3-pytools package name, version, architecture and description in a table
