python3-pytango software package provides API for the TANGO control system (Python 3), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python3-pytango
python3-pytango is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python3-pytango package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python3-pytango *
You will get with python3-pytango package name, version, architecture and description in a table
