python3-pyside software package provides Python3 bindings for Qt4 (big metapackage), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python3-pyside
python3-pyside is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python3-pyside package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python3-pyside *
You will get with python3-pyside package name, version, architecture and description in a table
