python3-pyicu software package provides dummy transitional package for PyICU Python 3 extension, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python3-pyicu
python3-pyicu is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python3-pyicu package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python3-pyicu *
You will get with python3-pyicu package name, version, architecture and description in a table
