python3-postgresql software package provides pgsql driver, cluster management tools, and client tools, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python3-postgresql
python3-postgresql is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python3-postgresql package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python3-postgresql *
You will get with python3-postgresql package name, version, architecture and description in a table
