python3-numpy software package provides Fast array facility to the Python 3 language, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python3-numpy
python3-numpy is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python3-numpy package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python3-numpy *
You will get with python3-numpy package name, version, architecture and description in a table
