python3-numexpr software package provides Fast numerical array expression evaluator for Python 3 and NumPy, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python3-numexpr
python3-numexpr is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python3-numexpr package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python3-numexpr *
You will get with python3-numexpr package name, version, architecture and description in a table
