python3-docutils software package provides text processing system for reStructuredText (implemented in Python 3), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python3-docutils
python3-docutils is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python3-docutils package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python3-docutils *
You will get with python3-docutils package name, version, architecture and description in a table
