python-zope.app.principalannot software package provides Bootstrap subscriber and add menu item for zope.principalannotation, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-zope.app.principalannot
python-zope.app.principalannot is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-zope.app.principalannot package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-zope.app.principalannot*
You will get with python-zope.app.principalannot package name, version, architecture and description in a table
