python-webcolors software package provides library of color names and value formats defined by HTML and CSS, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install python-webcolors

python-webcolors is installed in your system.

Make ensure the python-webcolors package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-webcolors *

You will get with python-webcolors package name, version, architecture and description in a table
