python-tksnack software package provides Sound extension to Tcl/Tk and Python/Tkinter - Python library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-tksnack
python-tksnack is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-tksnack package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-tksnack *
You will get with python-tksnack package name, version, architecture and description in a table
