How to Install python-sqlite software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

python-sqlite software package provides Python interface to SQLite 2, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install python-sqlite

python-sqlite is installed in your system.

Make ensure the python-sqlite package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-sqlite *

You will get with python-sqlite package name, version, architecture and description in a table
