$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install python-sklearn-lib 

python-sklearn-lib is installed in your system.

Make ensure the python-sklearn-lib package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-sklearn-lib *

You will get with python-sklearn-lib package name, version, architecture and description in a table
