How to Install python-rivet software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

python-rivet software package provides Python bindings of Rivet, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install python-rivet

python-rivet is installed in your system.

Make ensure the python-rivet package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-rivet *

You will get with python-rivet package name, version, architecture and description in a table
