python-repoze.lru software package provides tiny LRU cache implementation and decorator, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-repoze.lru
python-repoze.lru is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-repoze.lru package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-repoze.lru *
You will get with python-repoze.lru package name, version, architecture and description in a table
