python-renpy software package provides framework for developing visual-novel type games - Python module, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-renpy
python-renpy is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-renpy package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-renpy *
You will get with python-renpy package name, version, architecture and description in a table
