python-pytils software package provides Python library for processing strings in Russian, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-pytils
python-pytils is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-pytils package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-pytils *
You will get with python-pytils package name, version, architecture and description in a table
