python-othman software package provides library providing access to Quranic text with a fast search index, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-othman
python-othman is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-othman package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-othman *
You will get with python-othman package name, version, architecture and description in a table
